General Description
°The Office Receive the complaints that are related to the misconduct of policemen.
°Coordinating efforts with PSD′s Department of Legal Affairs and the Preventive Security office in issues related to the complaints.
°Investigating complaints and reporting findings to the head of PSD.
°Handling complaints redirected by other complaint offices in the government.
Issuing a periodical bulletin to unit heads including guidelines by PSD′s director.
Cases that are investigated by the office:
°Illegal practices by policemen.
°Inappropriate or impolite conduct of policemen.
°Unfair decisions taken by unit heads.
