General Description
QCERD is an independent institution whose primary mission is to engage in applied research and development to help improve Palestinian education. The Centre works with Palestinian teachers and provides them with the resources needed to improve their professional skills. With offices in Ramallah and Gaza, it defines its role as complementary to the work of official and non-official bodies actively involved in planning and providing educational services.
