This intermediate computer institute is the second one in syria. The first was founded in Damascus in 1987. and is supervised by the supreme board of intermediate institutes and the directorate of intermediate institutes in Ministry of Higher Education.
Constitutional Framework
The institute was founded according to ministry decree no. 271 in 4/10/1998, and was established in Tishreen university in Lattakia.
