1/Spread human rights principles and the guarantees thereof in national and international laws.
2/Contribute to the building of a civil democratic society within the framework of the state of law and institutions.
3/Consolodate and develop the role of advocates and lawyers in the dissemination of legal knowledg and defence of human rights.

The group was established in 1998
Constitutional Framework
The group was established in 1998 as a civil non profit corporation, by virtue of the Companies Law N° 22 for the year 1997and is affiliated with the Ministry of industry and Trade.
