The aims of the organization:
1/Respect and support of human rights and basic liberties pursuant of the International Declaration of Human Rights and the concerned international conventions.
2/Help any Jordanian citizen who is subjected to an illigitimate action or severe traitment.
3/Expose and condemn the repressive and arbitrary practices by Zionist enemy against human rights.
4/Cooperate with human rights associations and organizations.

The organization was established in 1990.
Constitutional Framework
The organization was established in 1990 by virtue of the Societies and Social Bodies Law N° 33 of the year 1966 and it is affiliated with the Ministry of Interior.
