General Description
Aims of the Association:
1/ Organize and regulate the profession to raise its scientific and professional levels, support scientific researches, encourage authorship and scientific and applied innovations in the profession′s field.
2/ Take part in the planning and development of programs at all levels of agricultural instruction and training.
3/Participate in laying down agricultural policies and methods of their implementation.
4/Participate in proposing agricultural draft laws, By-laws and regulations.
5/ Sponsor the interests of the association and defend its rights and rights of its members.
6/Take part in supporting scientific societies specialized in the agricultural field.
7/ Ensure a decent life for the members and their families in case of disability , old age and other contingencies within the limits of the effective by-law and in accordance with the provision of the law.
8/Cooperate with the federations and associations of agricultural engineers in the Arab world for upgrading the level of the profession.

The association was founded on 1/3/1966
Constitutional Framework
The Agricultural Engineers Association is functioning in accordance with the The Agricultural Engineers Association Law N° 19 for the year 1998. In its contact with the executive power the association is attached to the Ministry of Agriculture
