1989 Presidential decision no 430 that set off the Cultural Development Fund
1990 Decision no 1 by the minister of culture to compose the Fund Administration Committee, which included 8 members among intellectuals and leaders of the cultural move.
Ministerial decision no 33 to assign Pr Atef Mounsef, head of the central administration for financial and administrative affairs, the duties of the Fund director, in addition to his original work.
Ministerial decision no 44 to return Mr. Samir Gharib, the writer and journalist at Al Akhbar newspaper, to his position as the Cultural Development Fund director.
1991 Ministerial decision no 44 to recompose the Fund Administration Committee so that it includes 12 members under the leadership of the minister of culture.
1994 Ministerial decision no 284 to issue the internal list of the Cultural Development Fund, which was published in the Official Journal no 214 on 22/5/1994. This list helps simplify the procedures necessary for the continuity of work inside the Fund.
1995 Decision no 2473 for the year 1995 by the Prime Minister to appoint Mr. Samir Gharib as the Ministry of culture deputy for the Cultural Development Fund affairs.
2001 The appointment of Ali Abou Shadi (the drama critic) as head of the Fund and as the Ministry of culture deputy for the Cultural Development Fund affairs.
