The council of Academy meets at least once a month and has a regular yearly meeting. In both kinds of meetings the majority of the members should be present. But in the later one, at least one quarter of the present members should be from outside Egypt. (President & few members)
Mode of Finance
Members are elected by a majority vote by the members present in the session; that is at least two thirds of the Council members. The President of the Republic adopts the designation of the member.
