A governmental non lucrative cultural research institution that offers library services for its children in Egypt and the Arab world. The General Board of the National Public Library – as one of many governmental institutions – undertakes the responsibilities of the Ministry of Culture in the fields of the National Library, public libraries, heritage, manuscripts, national documents, documentation, and information. The printing house of Dar al Kotob is responsible for printing heritage books and books realized by scientific centers.
