Alexandria General Contracting and Real Estate Investment is a joint Stock Company affiliated to the National Company for Construction and Development .
It was established in 29/2/1964 , by virtue of the ministerial resolution no 332 year 1964 .
The company had been announced in “ El Wakaee El Masriya “ at 23/10/1986 as Alexandria General Contracting company ( joint stock company ) affiliated to the construction public sector. By viture of law (203) year 1991, the company became affiliated to the National company For Construction and Development .
The company works in the execution of all contracting and engineering works:
The execution of all construction , contracting and public works as establishing factories , public buildings , housing projects , hospitals , hotels , roads , ports, airports , irrigation , sewage & utilities projects , Designing & engineering drawings entitled to the company .
Buying and selling lands after establishing buildings on them.Production and transportation of building materials.Construction and designing of prefabricated housing units, concrete & steel products. The company may be entitied to participate, in a way or another, with bodies working at or the same field that may assist the company in achieving its objectives in Egypt or abroad. The Company may be entitled to buy or affiliate such bodies by viture of provisions of public sector law
