The legal quorum of the General Assembly shall be fulfilled if 75% of the active members are present. If the required legal quorum is not present, another Assembly shall be invited for, during which the legal quorum required shall be 50% of the active members.
Approval to the draft resolutions shall be adopted with the absolute majority of the votes of the active members present or represented except where otherwise stipulated in these Articles of Association.
Anyhow, an active member may not represent more than three other members, in addition to his own vote.
In the event where the legal quorum is not present, an invitation shall be sent after three weeks for a new General Assembly and the decisions shall be then adopted with the simple majority of the votes
