General Description
The Procurement and Contracting Department is responsible for all contractual activities of the PWP, namely: organization of new capacity tenders, power and water purchase (PWPA) contracts, bulk supply (BS) contracts to distribution companies and gas fuel supply contracts. It will also be charged with risk management activities.
