The Arabic Department is primarily concerned with literary linguistic and rhetorical studies. In offering these studies, it seeks to focus on the center of the learning process and combines traditional and modern approaches. It also tries to assist the students to acquire academic and personal skills that will enable him to be an active citizen who achieves the ambition of his nation, builds his own personality and realizes his ambitions. The Department comprises faculty members of varied academic back qrauny and experience in various Arabic related fields. The Department strives to deepen the student′s love and appreciation of Arabic , the language of the Holy Qur′an and a rich cultural heritage , to qraduale a generation that is proud of its Arabic Islamic identity , capable of facing the challenges of the moder age ,able to competently use all the language skills, any able to serve his community.
