Community service is one of the lofty goals that have captured the attention of leading universities for a long time. The performance of a university is not measured only by teaching students, but also by playing an influential role in the development of the community. The University, in the modem time, is the place where human intellect is cultivated to its maximum capacity.
The UAE University has started "serving the community" since His Highness Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan AI-Nahyan, President of the UAE, passed the federal law number 4, 1976 which established the UAE University (UAEU) to be an Arab, Islamic University; a shining source of human intellect. and a leading center of human resources development; to expand knowledge and deepen its roots; develop society and preserve its heritage.
As can be seen from the Organization Chart of the UAE University, the Community Service Sector is made up of four main departments:
