These activities are also spread amongst several capital markets, including interbank, Islamic, and cross border investor financing. The group′s expertise in structuring complex transactions has won it several awards over the years, including Euromoney′s Best Foreign Bank in the UAE awards over consecutive years, and Dubai′s Quality Award. The Group has also won accolades in tax leasing structures such as the Emirates Airline German Tax Lease.

Citibank has been operating in the UAE since 1964 and has 5 branches in the country, two in Dubai, and one each in Abu Dhabi, Al-Ain and Sharjah.
