Chapter 8 of the U.A.E. Federal Labour Law No.8 of 1980 defines the compensation that is payable by an Employer to his employees following injuries caused by work related accidents. This liability can be insured under a Workmen’s Compensation Policy.
The coverage under this Policy may be extended to include Employer’s Liability, which will cover liability under Common Law and/or Sharia’ Law.
