General Description
This department covers damage to property caused by Fire, Lightning or any of the following specified perils: -
Flood, Storm, Tempest, Bursting or Overflowing of water tanks, apparatus or pipes, Explosion, Earthquake, Aircraft, Impact, Riot, Strike and Malicious Damage.
However a wider form of protection can be given under the Property All Risks policy, which covers All Risks of Physical loss or damage subject to certain exclusions.
Business establishments can also cover consequential loss caused by interruption of their business following loss of or damage to the property caused by any of the insured perils.
Burglary (Forcible & Violent Entry Cover) is also offered
