General Description
The Licensing and Declaration Department carries out all the works related to gathering information and preparing the required documents and submitting them to the board of directors for endorsement for the purpose of:
Licensing the financial markets and commodities in the UAE.
Listing the shares and bonds of public joint-stock companies and the official authorities in the financial markets.
Licensing the financial brokerage companies.
The department works diligently to ensure transparent financial statements and information for the different companies listed in the markets.
