Established in April 1993, ENOC aims to promote the interests of its shareholders through the development of further downstream and upstream activities in the oil and gas sector and beyond, and encourage economic diversification in Dubai and the rest of the U.A.E.
ENOC′s Business Philosophy:
ENOC actively participates in an increasingly broad range of business ventures with major international companies such as EPPCO, VOEFL and Dragon oil.
History
ENOC’s first subsidiary started operation in 1974. Since its inception, ENOC has been guided by its business culture of quality and professional management based on modern business concepts that ensure successful and sustainable growth.
In 1993, ENOC encompassed four subsidiaries but has grown since then through the formation of additional subsidiaries active in all areas of the petroleum industry and, increasingly, beyond, from information technology to chemical blending.
Future plans include a wealth of activities sharing only one objective, which is the development of Dubai and in the UAE as a gateway to business opportunities in the Middle East through the operation of successful ventures.
Dubai’s liberal economic policies, constant economic expansion and increasing infrastructural sophistication will ensure its success into the new millennium. ENOC’s contribution will be to fuel growth and to pursue its wide objects either on its own or as a trusted partner for local as well as foreign investors in the UAE and internationally.
