D.I.R.P. was established in 1974 as a joint venture between Mr. Salim Ahmed Al Moosa and the UK based Hunting PLC Group.
The company has diversified over the years from its origins as a Glass Reinforced Plastics (GRP) manufacturer and now also produces products in Glass Reinforced Concrete (GRC), Glass Reinforced Gypsum (GRG) and Fibrous Gypsum.
