This Unit is Responsible for establishing non-offsets projects that add value to the local economy by bringing in new technologies and innovative concepts and ideas to create synergies with the existing resources of the country. The projects will mainly focus on expanding the private sector and diversifying the local economy, and to create employment and business opportunities for UAE nationals in new technology-intensive ventures.
