AWCCS is considered as the fleet operation and heavy equipment organizer for ADWEA.
AWCCS engages in the following activities:
To own, maintain and manage the fleet operation of vehicles, cars heavy or light equipment.
To establish a maintenance garages, procure and stores [are parts, prepare vehicles specifications and new equipment requirement.
Lease vehicles, cars and equipment, provide services and facilities to other individuals and companies in the power and water production, transmission and distribution.
Perform general contracting activities relevant to the installation of Water, Electricity and Gas pipelines, as well civil maintenance works, Air Conditioning works relevant to the field of production, transmission and distribution of Water and Electricity.
To perform oil field supporting services activities.

Al Wathba Company for Central Services was initially registered in November 25th, 1998, later established and commenced working in January 1999,

It was established pursuant to Law No. (2) for the year 1998, concerning the organization of Water and Electricity Sector in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
