In Carrying out this educational plan The Learning Center was transformed into a School to fully support students in grades one through twelve who face challenges in their academic achievement. Offering an Alternative Educational Plan, small class sizes and best practices in teaching, TLCS carries out Qatar Foundation′s philosophy of fully developing each individual′s capabilities.

The Learning Center (TLC) was founded in 1996 and the Learning Center School was founded in 2002.
