The Administration Works on:
Applying all administrative and financial regulations at the Amiri Diwan.
Carrying out procedures relating to the affairs of Diwan personnel.
Pinpointing the requirements of the Diwan concerning staff and workforce.
Estimating the training requirements of the Diwan employees.
Performing the translation work required.
Suggesting, initiating and developing of rules and regulations of work systems at Diwan in coordination with its other administrative units.
Provision of the requirements and necessary equipment for all the administrative departments of the Diwan.
Reception of all the incoming post, registering and taking action on it.
Dispatching the Diwan post to the different quarters.
Preparation of the Diwan draft budget and following up its implementation of the approved budget.
Other duties as assigned by the Chief of Amiri Diwan.
